Traded in my old car for a bigger one because we were unable to fit our twin pram into the boot of my car. They were so helpful, let us check to see if the pram would fit into other boots and couldn’t have done much more for us. We had an issue with a spring at the front right wheel which they fixed free of charge. Thanks very much to Kirsty, Craig, Jim and rest of the team.

I spotted a well-priced Audi Q3 on Autotrader and popped in to Garrowhill Car Sales to see it for myself. The car was presented in absolutely mint, showroom condition. The staff were pleasant and not in the least pushy.

I called in to the garage in the morning asking if they would be interested in buying my car. I was greeted by the owner jim and Kirsty who were extremely helpful. Jim had a look at my car and a quick drive and said he liked it. Within a few hours he had bought my car and had the money in my account straight away. Five Star Customer Service

I came across Garrowhill Car Sales while looking for a Corsa VXR Nurburgring. I phoned up to enquire and spoke to a very helpful and friendly woman who helped me tremendously. Everything was done over the phone and she arranged the delivery of the car. She was very honest when describing the condition of the Corsa and kept in touch with me throughout the entire sale. The cars imaculate and just as described. I would highly recommend Garrowhill Car Sales to anyone that's looking for a good, honest and reliable sales team. Shame the review doesn't allow you to name individuals but K is one of the best car sales people I've ever dealt with in over thirty years of driving and owning cars.

Best Car Dealership

Best car dealership I have dealt with ( have previously owned 30 plus cars) After having a nightmare experience trying to purchase a car from one of large dealerships I went to Garrowhill car sales. It was night and day dealing with a family run business. I would certainly recommend Jim and family if you if you are fed up with the large dealerships ripping you off.

Trouble free purchase of a car during the pandemic

Bought my Rover 75 during the pandemic so could not view it personally. The owner/manager was very helpful and dealt with all questions professionally. Purchase was quick and easy. He made all the arrangements for it to be sent south to Norfolk. Car was as he described and arrived in perfect condition. Hassle and worry free.

Great Friendly Family Business

I was recommended this garage by a friend of a friend and was a little hesitant about buying from them as I don't live very close by but I can honestly say the best car buying experience I've had! No pushy sales, no car salesman stereotypes! Just a really lovely family business. The lady I dealt with was so helpful and patient as I wanted to really take my time choosing the right family car for us and test drove a few. She has a young family too so understood our needs perfectly. so refreshing to have such a relaxed and positive experience. professional and friendly from start to finish. A fantastic car we are so happy with. the kids are delighted! I am now recommending them to everyone I know!

I have just bought my BMW 3 Series from the excellent team at Garrowhill Car Sales and I am very pleased with the service I have received from start to finish. I live in West Yorkshire and was apprehensive about purchasing a car so far away without seeing it but I had nothing to worry about. The communication was excellent and the info on the car was spot on. I had lots of enquiries before buying and both were dealt with to my satisfaction by people with excellent customer service. My car was delivered by a member of the team at a very reasonable price and the driver again was very professional and efficient. The car was as described.
